For those who accept our following user policy will be able to register as our membership. Please read carefully and confirm.
Introduction
This webpage is mainly for foreign customers.

For the Japan domestic customers, please contact us directly. (Japanese customers and Japan-mail domain cannot make the registration)
If we find any registration of Japanese mail-address, and/or an impertinent information, we may cancel your membership.
Depending on the registration information, we may contact you through telephone or e-mail. If we cannot contact you in neither way, we may have to cancel your membership in this regard.
Please contact us directly by telephone if you are a Japan domestic dealer.
Intermedical Membership Agreement
Article 1 (Membership Agreement)
- Intermedical Co.,Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Intermedical”) Membership Agreement applies to our registered members.
- Intermedical can modify this agreement by ourselves without consent from our registered members.
Article 2 (Become a Member)
- Intermedical may not give right to register for those who apply to following conditions:
- Those who have been expelled or punished of removing one’s name.
- Those who provide false information when registering.
- Those who we consider are not appropriate for registration.
- If you would like to modify any registered information, please contact us.
- 退If you wish to withdraw, please fill out necessary information on the withdrawal form.
Article 3 （Personal information management）
- Private information acquired by Intermedical shall be used for the purpose of supplying products, website management, and marketing.
- Private information in the possession of Intermedical shall be used only by Intermedical. This stipulation shall not apply, however, if asked by authority based on the Japanese law.
Article 4 (The obligations for registered members)
- Intermedical does not charge neither entrance fee nor annual fee.
- Registered members have responsibility to control their own password and Intermedical does not take any responsibility for this matter.
- Registered members have 100% responsibility for using the membership password, therefore, any trouble which Intermedical is affected related to the usage of password, applied registered member should compensate for this.
Article 5 (Disclaimer)
- Intermedical will not owe any responsibility for any trouble caused to third party by violation of this agreement from our registered member.
- Intermedical, by our own judgment, may change/modify the information on our website any time.
- Intermedical will not take responsibility for the loss that is not by our fault.
- Intermedical provides reliable and accurate information for the price and accessory of the product, but this information is not 100% guaranteed in some cases.
Article 6 (Prohibited matters for registered members)
- Registered members should not take following actions using this service.
- Act of violating User Policy
- Act of affecting third party’s privacy and credit
- Act of infringing third party’s patent, trademark right, copyright, or any other proprietary information.
- Act of violating the contract between registered members and the third party.
Article 7 (Cancellation of Membership)
- The membership account will be cancelled without advance notice if any below condition is applied.
- If there is any false information in registered information.
- If Japanese mail-address is registered.
- If Intermedical judge he/she is unsuitable to be a member.
Article 8 (Business trade)
- Intermedical accepts dealings only for related to medical equipment.
