Our tubes have tube voltages of 80, 100, 120, and 135KV. It is designed to be able to irradiate with a minimum tube current of 10mA to 300mA. Even when irradiating under the minimum conditions, the following pop-up appeared and X-ray irradiation was not possible. Due to aging, the internal vacuum level decreases and the filament becomes an anode (target). The main reason seems to be that the electron beam does not reach the target, causing internal discharge and rendering it impossible to repair. |
